Rue Soul Holdings Announces Development of SMART Legacy Leaders, Inc. in New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA — April 15, 2026 — Rue Soul Holdings is proud to announce the development of SMART Legacy Leaders, Inc., a nonprofit leadership development and community empowerment organization dedicated to equipping youth, young adults, and families with the knowledge, mentorship, skills, and opportunities necessary to build successful lives, strong families, thriving businesses, and lasting legacies.
Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, SMART Legacy Leaders is currently in program development and organizational formation with plans to launch programming in 2027 and expand its impact throughout New Orleans and Savannah, Georgia.
The organization was established in response to growing challenges facing communities across the country, including generational poverty, limited access to mentorship, financial illiteracy, workforce barriers, family instability, and a lack of leadership development opportunities for youth and emerging adults.

While New Orleans will serve as the organization\'s founding headquarters, SMART Legacy Leaders intends to expand into Savannah, Georgia, creating a multi-city model that connects leadership development, community engagement, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and family empowerment across both regions.
