SAVANNAH, GA — May 28, 2026 — Rue Soul Holdings is proud to announce the development of Rue Soul & Co., a Southern and Creole-inspired hospitality concept planned as the flagship restaurant within the company's growing portfolio of businesses.

Currently in concept development and site selection, Rue Soul & Co. is envisioned as more than a restaurant — a gathering place where culture, community, history, and hospitality converge to create a dining experience rooted in purpose and connection.

Drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Savannah, New Orleans, and the historic Gullah Geechee Corridor, the concept seeks to honor the stories, traditions, and contributions of the communities that have shaped Southern cuisine for generations. From the kitchen to the dining room, every element of Rue Soul & Co. will be designed to reflect the richness of that heritage while delivering a world-class hospitality experience.

The concept will feature a full-service dining room, a curated cocktail program, and a live music experience — creating an atmosphere that celebrates the cultural intersections of the American South in an intimate, elevated setting. The restaurant is designed to accommodate 120 to 150 guests and will serve as a destination for both local residents and visitors to the Savannah area.
